1. Privacy Policy

Tic Tac Toe is a mobile game developed and published by Red-F Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected when you use the app, including in connection with our advertising services and in-app purchase systems.

Information Collection and Use

• The app does not require account creation and does not directly collect identifiable personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Data is collected through two pathways:

Payment and Transaction Data

When you purchase virtual items, coin packages, or premium upgrades within Tic Tac Toe, all financial transactions are managed and executed entirely by Google Play Billing.

• What We Do Not See: Red-F Studios does not directly access, see, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or primary billing credentials.
• What We Process: Red-F Studios only receives anonymized transaction metadata, which includes: purchase success states, order IDs, localized currency data, timestamps, and validation tokens required to securely deliver your purchased digital goods.
• Virtual Currency and Data Loss: Coin balances and other virtual currency are stored locally on your device. Red-F Studios does not maintain cloud backups of your coin balance. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will result in permanent loss of any unspent coins. Red-F Studios is not responsible for coin balance loss resulting from device changes, app uninstallation, or data clearing.

Advertising and Diagnostics Data

The app displays advertisements using Google AdMob. These services may automatically collect certain parameters to show relevant ads and measure performance:

• Approximate location derived from your network IP address
• Device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID (GAID)
• Ad interaction metrics (views, clicks, durations)
• Device diagnostics, performance metrics, and crash telemetry
• Red-F Studios does not directly manage or store this data. Information gathered by advertising providers is handled in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

This app integrates the following third-party services, each of which maintains independent privacy documentation:

• Google Play Services: Platform optimization and application reliability.
• Google AdMob: In-app advertising.
• Google Play Billing: Processing, validating, and securing financial transactions for in-app purchases.

Children’s Privacy

• The app is designed for a general audience. We do not intentionally target or knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has made unauthorized in-app purchases, please contact us immediately.

Changes & Contact

2. Terms of Use

Acceptance & License

• By downloading, installing, or using Tic Tac Toe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the app. Red-F Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible devices.

In-App Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

The app offers in-app purchases including virtual coin packages (consumable) and a Remove Ads upgrade (non-consumable).

• Final Sales: Except as required by applicable store policies or consumer protection regulations, all purchases are final. Red-F Studios does not issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be directed to Google Play Store support.
• Purchase Restoration: Non-consumable purchases (e.g. Remove Ads) can be restored on any device signed into the same Google account. Consumable purchases (e.g. coin packages) cannot be restored once delivered.
• Scope of "Remove Ads": The Remove Ads purchase removes non-rewarded advertisements from the app. Optional rewarded advertisements may still be available because they are initiated by the user in exchange for in-game virtual currency.
• Virtual Currency Limitations: Coin balances are stored locally on your device. Virtual currency may be earned through gameplay, rewarded advertisements, or purchased. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or transferred to other users. All virtual goods represent limited, non-transferable, revocable license rights within the app.

Restrictions

You are explicitly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the app.
• Modifying, duplicating, cloning, or redistributing the app or its assets.
• Using the app for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purposes.
• Exploiting, spoofing, or circumventing payment verification or purchase validation systems.

Advertisements

• The app displays advertisements from third-party ad networks. Red-F Studios does not control the content, creative, or destinations of ads shown.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Red-F Studios does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Red-F Studios shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

3. Copyright

• All content included in Tic Tac Toe — including software, graphics, source code, visual designs, audio assets, and branding — is the property of Red-F Studios and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, modification, or redistribution of the app or its assets is strictly prohibited.

4. Open Source Licenses

• Tic Tac Toe includes open-source packages from the Flutter and Dart ecosystems. These operate under independent licenses such as BSD 3-Clause and MIT. A full list of packages and attributions can be viewed inside the app under: Settings → About → Licenses
